The President of this NGO, Nuria García Clavijos and the President of the Commonwealth of Social Services of the Mula River Region, Pedro Noguera Rubio, handed out diplomas last Friday to the people who have completed the training.
The program that now ends, ProLaboral, is a project to improve the employability of people who are in a vulnerable situation.
It is based on a personalized accompaniment process that includes pre-job and occupational training, job counseling and non-work placements in companies.
The training was developed from January to May 2018, 10 people participated during the whole process, which was given in Mula and students from Albudeite, Pliego, Bullas and Mula were able to participate.
During the same, workshops have been developed to improve skills for employment, basic waste management, auxiliary activities of warehouse and handling of machinery used in storage, such as forklift.
At the end of the process, the participants who have passed the training have done non-work practices in companies in the area such as Agesco, Ecohidro, Eco park Mula, La Mallea Metal Stamping and Comfort Mula.
The project has received support in its organization from the Commonwealth of Social Services of the Mula River.
Likewise, it has also received support from the Employment and Training Service through the subprogram "Employment with non-profit entities 2017".
The development of this project has been an opportunity for networking among Social Services, City Councils, Companies and the Abraham Project Association, optimizing resources and creating synergies.
Some of the people who have carried out the non-work practices in companies in the area, has been working directly in it and there are also those who, after completing the training, have also managed to join the labor market.
The closing ceremony was also attended by the Mayor of Mula Juan Jesús Moreno, the Councilors of Social Services of Pliego y Mula, Maravillas Martínez and Antonia Gabarrón, Manuel Imbernón, Local Development Agent and representatives of the companies of AGESCO, Mula Confort and Metal Stamping Muleña.
