The Councilor for Culture, Diego Boluda, has held a meeting with the new director of the music band of the Muleña Musical Group, David Piqueras.
The president of the meeting, Antonio Navarro, was present at this meeting.During the conversation, the new director expressed to the councilman his enthusiasm for this new project, which is to boost his career as a director and which is a challenge since, in times of pandemic, the world of gangs is also suffering from the impact derived from this, hindering the normal development of rehearsals, acts or concerts.The councilman congratulated him on behalf of the entire Municipal Corporation, as well as the encouragement to face this situation and that his work as director is as fruitful as possible.At the end, the councilor expressed the support at this time from the City of Mula and the commitment of the Department of Culture in terms of continuing to organize events and actions, always in strict compliance with the security measures and regulations in force, both in the Region and at the national level.David Piqueras is a native of Jumilla.
To date he worked as a trumpet teacher and director of the Jumillana Friends of Music Group.
