Under the false appearance of a hotel establishment was a nightclub where a considerable number of women exercised prostitution
The National Police has temporarily closed and by court order an alternative club in the town of Mula (Murcia).
The measure has been adopted by one of the Courts of First Instance and Instruction of that judicial party.
The police actions, which took place without incident, are part of the third phase of the police operation carried out in an alternating club in the town of Baños de Mula where those responsible for the establishment were already arrested;
Two males of Spanish nationality of 43 and 44 years of age.
The police operation begins in January of this year, when the Provincial Borders of Immigration and Borders of Murcia, after a police and labor inspection, in collaboration with the Labor Inspection and Social Security, allowed to find indications More than enough to determine that a charge was being committed by the club officials regarding prostitution and the rights of workers since none of the employees had a contract of employment;
As well as a number of foreign women prostitutes, were subjected to abusive conditions by those responsible for the establishment, taking advantage of the situation of vulnerability and necessity in which they were, some of them also in an irregular situation.
In view of all this and in order to avoid the continuity of the criminal activity of this club of alternates, under the false appearance of a hotel establishment, one of the Courts of First Instance and Instruction of Mula decreed the closure and suspension of activity of the establishment .
The intervention was carried out by the Provincial Brigade of Aliens and Borders of the Higher Headquarters of the Region of Murcia.
