The system that allows the electronic processing of judicial proceedings has come into operation in the courts of Mula.
From now, the operations of signing and consulting documents in two courts of first instance and instruction of this Murcia town will be carried out entirely in digital format, which will help expedite the processing and provide greater guarantees to all legal acts.
Since the use of electronic media in the relations between the courts and legal operators became compulsory in January 2016, more than 75,800 communications between notifications and initiators of demand and procedure were conducted in Mula.
The implementation of digital justice in the city of Murcia has required organizational, technological and change management to train staff in the management of new applications.
The monitoring of the work is carried out through a Technical Implementation Group made up of persons in charge of the judicial headquarters and the Ministry of Justice who is in charge of the technical support.
Next November 6, Digital justice will also be operational in Yecla and the implementation of the system throughout the region is expected to be completed by March 2018.
