The Guardia Civil of the Region of Murcia, as part of "Operation ARREAKE", has developed a research aimed at eradicating the theft of heavy machinery used in large-scale works, which has resulted in the dismantling of a criminal group dedicated in this illicit activity.

Have been arrested four members of the network, they were surprised when they were preparing to leave the country of machines being recovered all the same: two bulldozers, a roller compactor and a generator.

As part of the research carried out by the Guardia Civil to detect and eradicate the illicit trade and subsequent removal of heavy machinery, the agents found in a warehouse of Mula several people manipulating these vehicles and preparing them to be transported in gondolas, which led to suspicions about his alleged legality.

He quickly stopped the impending transport machines, whose destination was the Netherlands, where, subsequently, was scheduled export to Middle East countries like Iran.

False invoices to avoid detection

The laborious research developed agents allowed people to see how they intended to export the machines had obtained a false invoices to hinder their illegal origin.

It later turned out how machines had been stolen in various works of Guadalajara, Valencia, Albacete and Murcia and then transported to a building of Mula, where they were stored until manage its illegal distribution.

After obtaining all necessary evidence, the Guardia Civil to the arrest and subsequent remand in custody of the four members of the criminal group.

- Dutch, 43.

Head of the network.

- Dutch, 42.

- Spanish, 35.

- Spanish, 26.

Effects recovered:

Have been recovered four heavy machines, two bulldozers, a roller compactor and a generator with an approximate one million euros, stolen Guadalajara, Valencia, Albacete and Murcia who, after being brought to justice, have been returned to their rightful owners .

In this operation the Civil Guard has enjoyed the cooperation of the local police in Mula.
