It sold high-end mobile telephony terminals, through online platforms, that never reached its buyers
The Civil Guard of the Region of Murcia has developed an investigation in Mula that has allowed the identification, location and investigation of proceedings to a young woman, as alleged author of continued crime of fraud.
The investigation, which remains open, has allowed to clarify three scams committed in Mula, Elche (Alicante) and Minglanilla (Cuenca).
Last October, a neighbor of Mula denounced before the Civil Guard that he had acquired a mobile phone through an on-line platform of sale of products between individuals.
After one month, the complainant had not received the product as well as no explanation about his whereabouts.
Initiated the corresponding investigation, the agents identified the person who had made the sale, a young woman, neighbor of Murcia, who had background for crimes of the same nature.
The Civil Guards found out that this same person had been reported in the municipalities of Elche (Alicante) and Minglanilla (Cuenca) for carrying out the fraudulent sale of high-end mobile telephony terminals through the Internet.

After obtaining the necessary evidence, the Civil Guard has located the suspect who has been instructed diligencias as alleged author of continued crime of fraud.
It is a woman, 23 years old, neighbor of Murcia and with a history of crimes of the same nature.
Same modus operandi
According to the research, it used the same modus operandi to attract individuals by offering the latest generation mobile phones at attractive prices, all through on-line sale pages of second-hand products.
After receiving the money, he did not return to keep in touch with the individuals.
The arrested and the proceedings have been made available to the Court of Instruction No. 2 of Mula.
It is not ruled out that there are more harmed, so the investigation remains open.
