The Civil Guard of the Region of Murcia has developed the operation 'FORGERÓN', an investigation aimed at clarifying a series of robberies with force in housing in the municipality of Mula, which has resulted in the dismantling of a criminal group, whose four members They have been arrested as alleged perpetrators of a continuous crime of burglary with force in housing.
In the registry practiced in a ship located in the municipal area of ​​Mula, numerous appliances, televisions, computers, watches and even domestic animals have been recovered.
Some of these objects are in police dependencies waiting to be identified and returned to their rightful owners.
The investigation began at the end of last year, when several homeowners scattered, located in the municipality of Mula, reported to the Civil Guard a series of robberies committed in a short period of time, which had generated some social alarm.
The detailed study of the accusations made it possible to detect certain coincidences in the type of assaulted housing (isolated houses used as second residences), in the time slot in which robberies were perpetrated, as well as in the absence of their inhabitants.
The investigators collected from each criminal scenario evidence and evidence that focused the investigation on a group of people who, with their faces covered by ski masks and gloves, had forcibly agreed to the different buildings, in some cases, after deactivate the different alarm devices.
In parallel, the Civil Guard established a series of surveillance services, with special incidence in two rural areas of the municipality of Mula where the houses are located assaulted, which were positive with the identification of several suspects.
Recently, after two months of investigation, the Benemérita has detained four male people, one of them a minor and the rest with ages between 18 and 26, of Spanish and Colombian nationality, and neighbors of Mula as alleged authors. of continuous crime of theft with force in housing and belonging to a criminal organization.
The result of the investigation has been brought to the attention of the judicial authority, who has authorized the registration of a ship, located in the municipality of Mula, where they have recovered many objects from the robbery that relates to those now detained with the alleged authorship of, at least, nine crimes of theft with force in housing.
They have also seized tools and other materials allegedly used to materialize thefts.
It is a criminal group, of youthful scope, formed by several young neighbors of the municipality some of them with antecedents by crimes against the property that organized the different criminal tasks to assure the success of their actions.

According to the investigation, they carried out an exhaustive survey of the area to detect the security measures of the properties, the number of rooms and possible valuable assets, as well as to detect the presence of their residents.
In this way, they accessed quickly and in a few minutes, to seize items of value easy to transport.
