Criminal offenses decreased 12.5% ​​in Mula between January and July compared to the same period of 2018, the Government delegate, Francisco Jiménez, reported this morning during the local Security Board of the municipality, which he chaired with his mayor , Juan Jesús Moreno.
Jiménez has assessed the figures very positively, especially with regard to the reduction of serious and less serious crimes, which fall by 20.33%, and police effectiveness, with the increase in the number of detainees by 22%, and cases resolved.
"We have to talk about police success and properly assess the extraordinary collaboration between Civil Guard and Local Police," said the delegate at the conclusion of the meeting.
During the security meeting, Jiménez and Moreno have agreed to reinforce the security device on the occasion of the management holidays, which are held from September 19 to 25, and the Romería de Niño, with special attention to the pilgrims who move the night from 20 to 21 to assist in the transfer of the image to the sanctuary.
