The Department of Celebrations of the Hon.
Mula City Council announces BALCONY WINDOWS, WINDOWS and TERRACES COMPETITION COMPETITION with CHRISTMAS MOTIVES, to enhance the charm of the streets and squares of our city and municipality during the Christmas Holidays 2019
BASES
1 - All the residents of the city Mula and municipality of legal age may participate.
2 - All the elements visible from the public streets that contribute to the exaltation and beautification of the environment during these holidays will enter the contest.
3 - The elements used must be well anchored to the structure of the balcony, terrace or window, without its location jeopardizing the safety of vehicles and / or pedestrians, being responsible for the person enrolled in the contest of any accident caused by the fall of some element or part of it to public roads.
4 - It will be valued:
The traditional aspects of Christmas and Kings in our municipality.
The originality of the decoration.
5 - Registration
The participants, to register, must provide the following information: name and surname, ID, telephone number and exact address where the decoration will be located.
If the person who signs up is a company, brotherhood, club or any other group, they must include the CIF of the same.
Registration can be made until December 2 on the ground floor of the City of Mula, from 9 to 13 hours.
Decorated spaces entering the contest must be completed before December 5, 2019.
6 - The decorations, whether awarded or not, must remain installed during all the Christmas and Kings, that is, until January 8, 2020.
7 - Awards
Three awards are established:
First, € 150
Second, € 100
Third, € 50
8 - The Jury
The winners will be decided by a jury appointed for this purpose, which will tour the inscribed balconies, windows and terraces.
The jury's decision will be announced on January 10, 2020, and the prizes will be presented at the El Portón de la Placeta Handicraft Market that will take place on Sunday, January 12, or its equivalent.
9 - The photographs that the jury can take of all participating balconies, windows and terraces will remain the property of the Hon.
Mula City Council, which reserves all rights, and can be used for publications in brochures and / or tourist promotion programs of our city and municipality.
10 - The balconies, windows and terraces of public buildings are excluded from this contest.
11– Participation in this contest implies the acceptance of these rules, and the jury's decision is final.
