The Department of Culture and Historical Heritage, and the Department of Youth of the Hon.
Mula City Council, call for the COPIARTE - Painting Edition - competition to celebrate International Museum Day. The COPIARTE contest aims to promote artistic creativity in Mula and districts through combining painting and photography in the recreation of known pictorial works of any style, author or era.
The participants will present an original photograph in which they will imitate the context and content of a work of art - Painting -, becoming the protagonists of it.
Photographs must be taken in private homes or gardens, those taken in public spaces are not valid.Mula residents and districts may participate.The following categories and awards are established- Children's Category (from 6 to 12 years old): First prize consisting of a batch of books and / or school and leisure material worth 60 euros.
Second prize consisting of a batch of books and / or school and leisure material worth 30 euros.
Awards donated by the Youth Department of the City of Mula.These prizes will be purchased at local businesses in the Municipality of Mula.- Young Category (from 13 to 30 years old): First prize endowed with 60 euros in cash and Second prize endowed with 40 euros in cash.
Awards donated by the Local Youth Council of Mula.- Adult Category (from 31 years onwards): First prize endowed with 150 euros in cash and Second prize endowed with 75 euros in cash.
Prizes donated by the Department of Culture and Artistic Heritage.Deadline for submission: Until 13:00 on May 18, 2020.
