Mula City Council has requested the Greenways Consortium of the Murcia Region to inspect the layout of the Northwest Greenway belonging to the Mula Municipal Term, in order to carry out different adaptation and improvement work on the deficiencies found in the same.Last week, the Councilor for Tourism, Alejandra Martínez, and the Councilor for the Environment, Francisco Javier Llamazares, made, together with the Municipal Technicians, a visit to the different areas of the Road in which they observed that due to anthropic action As the main factor, and in inclement weather, as a second factor, there are some sections that have suffered significant deterioration, as well as certain signaling and beaconing elements, which means, for users, a feeling of abandonment and neglect by the Public Administration, in addition to the danger that it entails in view of the possible risk of accidents.It should be remembered that the Northwest Greenway crosses the municipal area of ??Mula from East to West, offering great environmental, landscape and biological heterogeneity to enjoy, in which there are traditional agricultural areas, mountain areas, boulevards and the Mula river, generator of great environmental diversity, hence the importance for the Mula City Council that this layout meets the optimal conditions for its use and enjoyment.
