| The training aims to relaunch the districts touristically through an artistic intervention on the facades of their buildings | Ciudadanos Mula has proposed that the Mula City Council take over the management of the heated pool, through an agreement with the Autonomous Community. The local coordinator, Francisco Javier Martínez, considers that this route “would allow the pool to be used for rehabilitation therapies and to revert to the neighbors the investment of 30,000 euros that has been taken to 'wash their faces' at the facility to make it attractive to the private sector".In his opinion, and as reflected in the electoral program for training, "this agreement and municipal opening and management would be the preferred option over possible private management." The training has also sent the local government team a proposal focused on the six districts of the town: “Arranging, plastering and decorating the facades in an artistic way would give visibility to the districts, and would promote tourism, even programming a route that would I would visit, promoting its aspects, such as hydrotherapy in Baños de Mula or agriculture in Fuente Librilla or Casas Nuevas ”, Martínez explained. To reduce costs, Ciudadanos proposes that these interventions on facades could be offered to Fine Arts students, "in a similar way as with the outdoor painting competition, leaving the works in the hands of the municipality itself."
