In its journey to date it has performed various performances in its region as well as in practically all the main cities of the Murcia region.
In 1985, he joined the Regional Federation of Peñas Huertanas de Murcia, setting the goal of being a group with aspirations.Among his concerns is to collect all those customs of our land that have already been forgotten, through the compilation work carried out by working groups at a festive, gastronomic level, traditional clothing, dances, music, etc ...
The group has a dance corps, a choir and a rondalla composed of the traditional instruments of the Murcia region such as the guitar, guitar, lute, bandurria and percussion.We have a traditional dance school that serves as a quarry for the titular group.
At present we are trying to encourage the hobby of the youngest by carrying out activities that are attractive to them and a series of agreements with our town hall aimed at young people who stimulate their hobby.Annually and since its constitution, it has been holding a folklore festival with the intention of carrying out a cultural act that reflects to our people the roots of folklore as well as the dissemination of the different styles of our country, through exchanges with other groups that consolidate not only the boom of the festival but also a close friendship with other peoples.
On the occasion of the group's XX Anniversary, the festival was declared international in nature and with the always indispensable help of the City Council, it has established itself as one of the largest folkloric performances that take place annually in our town.
Groups from Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Belarus, Mexico, Senegal, Cuba and Bolivia have passed through it.Among the most outstanding actions, it is worth mentioning the one carried out in 1994 and 2005, in the election of the Queen of the Huerta de Murcia in the Prince of Asturias pavilion, the closing and inauguration of the spring festivals in 1997 and 1998 respectively He has also collaborated in the folklore program broadcast on TVE "The road is made when singing" and has recently participated twice in the program "EN ESTA NOCHE" on Channel 7 Region of Murcia.Outside of Murcia the group has performed at national and international festivals in almost all the provinces of Spain such as Andalusia, Extremadura, Madrid, Castilla la Mancha, Castilla León, Asturias, Aragón, Valencia, Alicante, Navarra, Galicia, the Balearic Islands and on two occasions in Portugal.It has two record albums, the first entitled "CORAZON MULEÑO", dedicated entirely to the traditional folklore of the Region of the Rio Mula and Northwest and a second of Christmas music entitled "CHRISTMAS WITH ALEGRIA".He is currently a member of FEAF (Spanish Federation of Folklore Groups).
