This morning the Local Board of Safety, Health and Emergencies met, in which the Civil Guard, Local Police, Civil Protection, as well as the Area Manager coordinator of the Mula Health Center, the councilors and the mayor participated, assessing the current situation of the pandemic, both in the municipality of Mula and at the regional and national level.
Given the worrying situation of the rebound in infections, the following measures have been determined that will begin to be applied from this afternoon:- The use of children's games in parks and gardens is restricted.- Closure of the sports courts, both in Mula and the districts, except paddle tennis and tennis.- The use of the study rooms of both the Library and the San Francisco Convent is closed, only the book loan service in the Library will continue to operate.- The Cultural Programming of both Mule and the one planned in the districts is suspended.- Tourist activities and guided tours programmed in Tourism are suspended.- Municipal swimming pools are closed.- The summer cinema is suspended.- Access to Fuente Caputa will continue to be unauthorized.The Mula City Council continues to appeal to the population about the importance of wearing a mask, maintaining social distance and washing hands.The mayor of Mula, Juan Jesús Moreno, requests individual commitment, responsibility and that each Muleño and Muleña take extreme precautions and contribute to curbing the serious situation in which we find ourselves.
This is the best method of fighting the pandemic.
