Children from Mula and districts between 3 and 14 years old will be able to participate with the narration of a storyThe stories must be presented in video format before October 26Participants can read a book, act it out or simply make it up to be eligible for prizesThe Department of Culture and Historical Heritage, in collaboration with the Municipal Public Library, convened the contest 'Contarte-Lectura Edition' on the occasion of the International Day of Libraries.Participants will present a video - no more than three minutes long - in which they will tell a story, thus becoming the true protagonists of the story.
The objective of the contest is to promote the promotion of reading in Mula and its districts through the oral narration of a story.It is for this reason that the theme of the story is free.
Participants will be able to narrate a story that they have been told, a dramatized story or simply read a story, anything goes together with the imagination of each of the contestants.Three categories are established to participate:Children for children from 3 to 6 years old.
The winner will get a pop-up story with their character's doll.Infant for children from 7 to 10 years old.
The winning story will receive a batch of books valued at 40 euros.Youth from 11 to 14 years old.
Whose winner will obtain a batch of books valued at 40 euros.Only one video can be included to participate in the contest.
In the event that several people appear in the same video, it must be indicated in which category they compete, not being able to opt for any other category.The videos may be submitted until 1:00 p.m.
on October 26 to the email culturayfestejos@aytomula.es, indicating the title of the story, the name of the participant and the category to which they choose.
The signed authorization that is included in the bases in which the images sent is authorized to be published must also be inexcusably sent.
Annex 1- Authorization for minors, which in this case are all contestants.The jury will be made up of personnel from the Municipal Library and technicians from the Department of Culture, who will value originality and creativity, costumes or aesthetics, among others.
The jury's decision will be made public on October 29 in the weekly section 'On Thursdays reading' and the videos will be uploaded to the Facebook of the Department of Culture and Historical Heritage.
