Llamazares, have held a meeting with the General Director of Housing, José Francisco Lajara, and with the Deputy Director of Housing, María José Manresa, to discuss various aspects on public housing policies in the municipality of Mula.One of the aspects discussed has been the implementation, shortly, of the Plan for the Urban and Rural Regeneration and Renovation Area (ARRU) for Mula and districts.
On it, the details of the call that could be published in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia between the first fifteen days of December have been finalized.The Plan provides for aid worth more than one million euros for the recovery of 50 homes.
Applicants for these grants could obtain between 12,000 and 30,000 euros, depending on each case, for building renovation, improving energy efficiency and the accessibility of homes.Juan Jesús Moreno has also transferred the problem registered by the social housing complex on Calle Camino José Cela, owned by the Autonomous Community, where residents have been reporting problems with sanitation.
The general director has transferred that action will be taken inside the houses to solve the problem while the City Council will carry out an improvement in the street collectors, so that both actions would solve the problem of this space.The Mula City Council has made a municipal property plot available to the Autonomous Community for the construction of social housing on which the General Directorate of Housing will evaluate the possibility and viability of carrying out this project.
