Due to the inquiries made by some people interested in the call for aid to self-employed persons affected by Mula's Covid19, this information note is issued regarding the people who may be beneficiaries of the aid summoned.In accordance with the provisions of the Second Base, only natural persons can be beneficiaries.

It is not foreseen that legal persons (mercantile companies, community of assets, associations or any other entity of a similar nature) may be beneficiaries of the aid.To be a beneficiary of the aid, it is necessary to be a self-employed or self-employed person who has established his activity in the municipality of Mula.

In this sense, those who depend on the activity of other people cannot be beneficiaries of the aid.In coherence with this, the applicant will have to prove that they are registered in the Economic Activities Tax (third base, section d).The applicant will also have to provide a certificate of census status that includes their registration date (third base, section e).The purpose of the documentation that is required to be a beneficiary of the aid is that the City Council can verify compliance with the requirements, among which is a situation of suspension of activity or reduction of income.

As with other aid granted by the City Council, the accreditation of a specific situation entails the estimation of a request for aid, and it is not possible to grant two or more aid in the same situation.Likewise, we remind you that the deadline for submitting applications will be until 09:00 hours on November 24.

Such requests can be submitted in person at the General Registry of the Mula City Council, electronically through the General Instance of the Electronic Headquarters of the Mula City Council https://sede.mula.regiondemurcia.es, in the COMMON ELECTRONIC REGISTRY of the State https://rec.redsara.es, or by any of the procedures provided in art.

16 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
