The Museum of Iberian Art Mula Cigarralejo this week celebrates its 'Baroque Week', coinciding with the celebration in the town of Baroque Market.
The activities are part of the Cultural Week of the Marquis of Vélez, organized by the Association of Artisans 'Las 4 Places' and the Municipality of Mula collaboration with entities such as the muleño museum, under the Ministry of Culture and Spokesperson.
The programming of this cultural week will begin on Wednesday, March 9, at 20:00 pm with the conference 'The Castle of Mula.
History of a fortress, 'which will give the municipal archaeologist Jose Antonio Zapata in the Hall of the Museum Cigarralejo.
On Thursday, again at 20:00, the doctor in Modern History at the University of Murcia Raimundo Rodríguez Pérez, will present the audience a lecture entitled 'The Marquis de los Vélez: aristocracy and heritage legacy (centuries XV-XVIII) '.
The Baroque Market will open on Friday from 17:00 pm to gather in Mula until Sunday to numerous artisans coming from different parts of the country to showcase their products and workshops on traditional crafts for those wishing to go a little more in our history.
During these three days, from Friday to Sunday, the Iberian Art Museum will open with a special schedule (from 10:00 to 14:00 and 17:00 to 21:00) and offer free visits the temporary exhibition 'time stopped.
