The president of the Community, Pedro Antonio Sanchez, met today at the Palacio de San Esteban with the mayor of Mula, Juan Jesus Moreno, with whom he discussed various issues of importance to the municipality related to tourism, health and Castle Mule.
Pedro Antonio Sanchez showed the mayor of Mula the regional government support to the 'national days of exaltation of the drum and the bass drum' taking place in Mula in 2018 and will contribute to the arrival of a greater number of tourists to this municipality and the whole region.
In addition, the mayor stressed the importance of religious tourism to Mula and highlighted the Reliquary of the Holy Thorn of the Royal Convent of the Incarnation as the focus of attraction for tourism in the next Jubilee Year.
Among other issues, also they addressed the works that are being undertaken in the convent of San Francisco or the situation in which the process relating to the castle of Mula is.
