The municipal group of Cs takes to plenary tonight a motion in which the government team is required to comply immediately with the agreements taken in the Plenary itself, including the preparation of a new Municipal Emergency Plan or the installation of play areas adapted for people with disabilities in public parks.
The Orange spokesperson, Toñi Salcedo, said that "we must also continue to make progress in the agreements for transparency, such as the one that led in July 2015 Citizens to publish the costs of municipal services and the activities organized by our City Council" .
Salcedo has also advanced that he will take to the Plenary a proposal to urge the regional government "to comply with the agreements and projects included in the regional budgets that affect Mula, from the settlement of the RM-C1 road to Fuente Librilla to the settlement from the environment of the Baños de Mula, through the implementation of a Mobile Emergency Unit for the entire region of the River Mula.
In the specific case of measures to deepen the transparency of municipal management, Citizens calls for the publication on the municipal website of the breakdown of the economic cost of the different activities and services provided, as well as the agreements signed by the City of Mula.
Salcedo believes that "neighbors demand transparency in management, and despite the fact that the Consistory is bound by both the regional law and its own plenary agreements, muleños remain without clear and accessible information on such management."
