Mula 17/11/1910 City Council has commissioned the new Terminal Compact for Bill Payment that is installed at the entrance of City Hall.
With this infrastructure is to bring together and facilitate procedures for citizens with government.
Users can manage through this new team to pay certification of documents, certificates, miscellaneous fees and youth card issuing, among others.
The operation itself is very simple and accessible.
The user must apply through the touch screen you want to acquire administrative process and make the actual payment thereof.
The result will be a receipt indicating the rate you want to apply and for which payment has been made.
With this bill the user can apply the appropriate department and buy your paper by removing the step by the bank.
Mula is one of the first municipalities in the region to install this new service that binds to the development of the implementation of new technologies in the administration that are implementing agencies and public and private institutions for the sole purpose of facilitating citizens access to the services provided.
In the coming weeks will be extended the offer of services of this Terminal.
This new service has been funded through the State Fund for Employment and Local Sustainability Plan 2 ° E, with a budget of EUR 18,452.38 for the purchase of the Terminal and supplementary materials.
