The Ministry of Justice inaugurated on 25 November, the new building which houses the headquarters of the Courts of Mula, designed by architect Antonio Martín Bernardo de Quirós.
The event, led by Judge Dean, was addressed by Diego Cervantes, Mayor of Mule, Juan Martínez Moya, President of the Superior Court of Justice in the Region of Murcia and Juan Carlos Campos, Secretary of State for Justice.
The mayor of the municipality made special mention of the value of the intervention in a civil works project of the artist Sofia Tornero Murcia with his work entitled "Meeting Point."
The Chief Justice said that the merit of the work performed by one percent in this type of cultural projects with extraordinary sensitivity collecting the soul of Justice project currently developing.
The sculpture, consisting of three large format independienes sculptures and a wall sculpture is an allegory of justice.
The work will be on display in the bright lobby of the building.
The artist Sophie Turner explained the creative process of sculpture group.
"In short, the sculptures consist of human figures emerging from a polyhedra that grow in stages and gradually, these polyhedra," he continued representing a company that grows under the protection of justice by empowering the individual a greater chance of implementation in the scope of individual freedoms within a collective, "said the author.
The sculpture was made of steel and polyester resins Korten skated emulating the texture of bronze casting.
According to Sofia Tornero, "this work represents a turning point in his career with the satisfaction that has led to the realization of the sculptural group for large buildings such as this," said Turner.
