The proceedings began on Monday, the 25th, when policemen Service Nature Protection (SEPRONA) were coordinated with the Animal Health Service of the CARM, through the veterinary inspector of the District Agricultural Office (OCA) competent inspections to develop equine farms, in this case in the town of Mula.

Upon inspection, the policemen charged to the owner of the horse farm or an employee alleged crime of animal abuse, while vets OCA Mula denounced the shortcomings of the documentation required to develop this type of activity.
