The Ministries of the Presidency and Industry, through red.es, driving the second phase of the Plan for Dissemination of portal services 060.es Administration
Telecentres, selected through a public call, hold seminars to promote the use of administrative procedures via the Internet and receive equipment intended for use of eGovernment
The initiative, involving 200 municipalities in Spain, has a total budget of 1,340,000 euros financed by FEDER
Five call centers in the towns of Puerto Lumbreras Mula and participate in the second phase of the Plan of Distribution Network 060, promoted by the Ministry of the Presidency and the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Trade, through red.es with which aims to contribute to the empowerment of citizens in the use of digital public services available through the portal www.060.es
These call centers, selected through public competition, conducted outreach activities for a week involving citizens and social agents of the municipalities.
In this conference, scheduled for April, citizens learn to take the steps and procedures with the Administration by computer through the web 060, and to use their electronic ID.
The locations where they are going to hold these training sessions and dissemination as well as the dates are available on the website Telecentros.es
These centers also selected will be provided with equipment intended for use of e-government, such as multifunction devices, laptops and electronic ID readers.
Following the success of actions carried out during the first phase of the project "Promoting the use of telecentres as offices of e-Administration-Red060, the Ministry of the Presidency and the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Trade, through network . is convened last July new aid, for a total of 1,340,000 euros, with FEDER funds.
After evaluating over 500 applications from different entities that telecentres who had participated in Phase I of Project 060 could do in this new phase, we selected a total of 200 projects.
060 services
060 The website provides information on the various administrations, including road conditions or job offers, both public and private sectors through the INEM, apply for scholarships, grants and aid, such as those for maternity; doing paperwork and negotiations with institutions and agencies or obtain personal data such as working life, the points of driving license or birth or death certificates.
These services are offered in varying degrees of adaptation.
While some procedures can be performed fully electronically, others can reach the document download or view information.

This project is carried out through co-financing of the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), allowing help to improve the social cohesion of the Spanish regions by correcting the main regional imbalances.
In this sense, the actions carried out by red.es focus on encouraging the development of the productive, technological development and information society.
Intermediate is Red.es Agency Operational Programmes: Operational Programme on Knowledge-Based Economy (POEC) Technology Fund, and various Regional Operational Programmes.
